Please note we do not accept returns on any earrings or hair accessories.

For your peace of mind, all Couture Kingdom products are sold with a 12 month repair or replacement warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

If you have changed your mind, please adhere to the following steps:-

  • You must notify Couture Kingdom within 7 days of accepting delivery of your order and arrange return of the product within 7 days of the aforementioned notification
  • You must notify Couture Kingdom by email sales@couturekingdom.com to obtain a ‘Return Authorisation Number’ alternatively please call us directly
  • You are requested to provide a ‘proof of purchase’, this may be an invoice or bank statement
  • Product must be returned to the Couture Kingdom address, provided when you obtain a ‘Return Authorisation Number’
  • Upon receipt of the item by Couture Kingdom, Couture Kingdom will refund to you the purchase price for the returned product, less any shipping costs
  • For returns or exchanges for change of mind on items purchased from Couture Kingdom stockists, please contact your place of purchase for assistance
  • We do not accept returns or exchange on earrings

For any International returns, you must mark that the goods are a ‘return’ on the courier company's consignment paperwork so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

  • You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging. Please note that you send the items at your responsibility and must arrange your own insurance if you wish to
  • Upon receipt of the item by Couture Kingdom, Couture Kingdom will refund to you the purchase price for the returned product, less any shipping costs
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method or card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Couture Kingdom. It is important to note, that depending on which bank your account is held with, or payment method, please allow 14 days from the day Couture Kingdom receives the product for your funds to be process and cleared
  • Refunds will only be issued to items purchased at the www.couturekingdom.com website.  Refunds will not be given for Couture Kingdom stock purchased from Couture Kingdom stockists. Please contact your place of purchase for assistance in this case

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, Couture Kingdom will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece, in which case please adhere to the following steps:-

  • Couture Kingdom will then, replace, repair or refund you in full for the product; or alternatively exchange for a different item of similar value
  • Couture Kingdom will always attempt to exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please make this clear in your email request for a ‘Return Authorisation Number’
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method or card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Couture Kingdom.
