In Conversation With @Hayleylcowling

We spoke with Disney Pixar's Toy Story 2020 Campaign model, Hayley Cowling aka @hayleylcowling on what she loves most about Toy Story, her favourite pieces from the collection and how she styles them.

 1. What do you love most about Toy Story?

What I love most about Toy Story is it's playfulness and fun energy. Toy Story is the literal embodiment of play and fun, whether that is enjoying watching the film with snacks, riding Slinky Dog Dash in Andy’s backyard in Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios or now even being able to wear part of the fun in the form of jewels.

2. When you first heard about the collection, what were you most excited about?

When I first heard about the collection I was most excited about the Green Aliens. When chatting with Karen about one of her star pieces, I think I literally said, “oooooooooh”, out of pure Green Alien joy.

3. What are your favourite pieces from the collection?

My favourite pieces from the collection are Bo Peep’s hoop earrings. These earrings scream “I’m powerful and fierce”, just like Bo Peep herself.

I loved the chain charm bracelet with matching necklace. This chain style is so on trend right now and the fact that little character details hang from the chain links is the Disney magic I love to add to any outfit.

I can’t talk about my favourite pieces without of course mentioning the Green Alien claw earrings. Talk about creativity in its finest form. These earrings are not only gorgeous and stylish but they are fun too – exactly what I believe Toy Story is all about.

4. How would you style these 3 favourite pieces? 

When wearing Bo Peep’s hoops, I would style these with a high pony and a puff sleeve baby blue top, for a subtle fun and girly Bo Peep bound.

The chain charm bracelet and necklace would be perfect for any Disney style look. I would pair these with high wasited jeans and a tucked in tee with platform converse. I love a Disney street style look.

As for the Green Alien earrings, these earrings are the hero piece to any outfit. When styling these earrings, I would wear a cute, airy, dress and pumps. These earrings are for any occasion and are so beautiful and sparkly, they can be dressed up or down.
